So it's been a while. Pretty busy here at the branch. Just this week I helped conduct my 1st ever story time with an audience of 2 wonderful little children (I knew we might not have anybody and still it made me nervous as heck but still managed to help it and read a book and danced all the silly dances and did all the little activities. I've been trying to do some research and have found a plethora of good resources from other bloggers that are librarians. Even though I am an Assistant I do plan to go to school to hopefully get a Masters in Library Science. Granted it could very well take a long time. But this blog is dedicated to my journey working in a Library. Its been an eventful month so far. With the elections and with the stalling of the renovation of the branch (its supposed to officially start January 2017. I held off posting the book club lists as we were adjusting them to fit just right.I hope with all the new activities my branch can become more popular.
A template that my boss showed me for story time :::
